Check out MacMusings for alot of great articles in helping figure out which Mac to buy. My friend Carol is looking into buying a new Mac and is looking at the slightly older Dual 2.0Ghz G5 machines. They look so awesome and are really fast machines. She uses it for video editing and DVD authoring. This will be a big step up from her Dual 450Mhz G4! I hope she is able to get it sooner than later
