Earth Day at the Salisbury Zoo

Chrissy recommended that Carla and I take the kids to the zoo yesterday because it was Earth Day. So we all went down to the zoo to check things out. My mom and dad were down for the weekend so they followed us. Matt and Chrissy met us there for the fun as well. Parking was crazy because the zoo was packed full, but we found a spot near the bridge and walked a ways to get there. It WAS packed yet we could get were we needed to go without to much hassle. We saw all the usual animals as well as alot of others that they brought for the day. My personal favorite was the baby screech owl. *read in Napoleon Dynamite voice* Matt said he saw a SWEET hawk before lunch that I missed. *end ND voice* We finally wrapped up a great day by visiting the Backstreet Grill around the corner on rt 12. I had an awesome bacon cheeseburger!

Josiah Alan Heslop was born on Feb 28th, 2008 at 3:04pm. He was 8lbs 2.6oz and 19 3/4 inches. He is a beautiful baby and we are proud parents. Both Carla and the baby are doing well. I’m post more pictures in the future as they come and when I’m not so

Yes it is official! Houston we have a bun in the oven. Our second is 14 weeks old and was bouncing around like a jumping bean. Still to young to tell the sex, but I think it is a boy (I’ll be happy either way). So if you click on the link or meander over to the pix page you will find more in vitro contortions that ever.

King Christmas in Ohio 2006-12-17

We traveled to Ohio this past weekend to visit with Grandma Rhoda and enjoy a King Christmas get together. It was a blast as you can see from the photos on my pix page.

Gallery2 Watermarks on all Images

After much searching and Database queries I found a forum post that explains how to add a url rewrite rule to make all images on a gallery2 site have a watermark. I’m sure also with some massaging it can be applied to different albums, but all I need is all or nothing.

Find the /main.php view note what is before /main.php if anything and replace with second line making sure info before /main.php is intact.
# RewriteRule . /gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=%1&g2_serialNumber=%2&g2_fileName=%3 [QSA,L] RewriteRule . /gallery2/main.php?g2_view=watermark.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=%1 [L]

Voila!

Note: This is also a reference for myself who always forgets stuff like this months later.
